5/5 The condo was a really great place to stay.
Good Views
3/5 Views from the condo were awesome. Everything inside (and on the patio) was very worn. Not toddler friendly. Easy walk to park, restaurants, and bus stop. We weren’t able to get the place to cool down at all, but we also had to leave early so maybe it would’ve gotten better throughout the stay if we stayed longer.

5/5 My family and I enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous views! The location was awesome and conveniently located above the bowling alley (great for kids)! Walking distance to Dillon lake/amphitheater and restaurants. Easy communication with the property management office and responses were always prompt. The only thing that was confusing was the listing noted a community center with a pool/hot tub and fitness center. There's a jacuzzi (no pool) and the fitness center you have to pay separately to use the gym. Also, for coffee drinkers, they only have a Keurig machine, so you'll have to bring some Keurig cups. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

4/5 The location and view were most important to us and this property checked those boxes. The space and layout were great for us. It wasn’t the cleanest but not necessarily dirty either…some areas had accumulated dust, shower liners need replaced, nothing that impacted our stay. As a sensitive sleeper I would prefer window coverings that would block out light.
