The unit itself was beautiful—well-appointed, spacious, and stocked with plenty of towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the stunning sunrises over the mountains were unforgettable. The location was prime, close to ski shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a reliable 20-30 minute drive to Loveland Ski Area, even in challenging weather. While the condo is a ground-floor unit, you still need stairs or an elevator from the parking garage. The elevator broke during our stay (we understand it's out of the owner's control), but was inconvenient given my husband had a knee injury. However, having the garage was a HUGE bonus! No battling the weather or scraping ice off in the AM.The washing machine was the biggest issue. It was excessively loud, sounding like bricks tumbling inside, and failed to spin small loads properly. I had to split a modest load into smaller batches, making it time-consuming. This was particularly disappointing as we book units with a washer/dryer to allows us to pack light, recycle outfits/baselayers and return home with clean clothes. I was also nervous the loud noise would get complaints when I was running laundry after 10pm. When I asked the maintenance person about it (he came to replace the door lock battery), he confirmed the washer’s condition was normal.Despite these setbacks, the condo had so much to offer that I’d still recommend it—just keep these points in mind depending on your priorities for a rental.

From the owner: "Thank you for letting me know about the washing machine. After a maintenance check, we have ordered a new stacked washer/dryer for the condo.
Guest feedback is so important to us! We cannot improve if we are not made aware of issues. Thank you again."
The view is stunning. You lie in bed and look out the windows at the amazing mountains. The sunroom was great as well and we enjoyed lots of time on that. Loved building a fire in the fireplace. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. We used Dillion Dam road to move between towns and avoid the interstate. LOCATION LOCATION !
The unit is a bit outdated and could use some updating but again, its about the view and the location.
From the Owner: "Thank you for letting me know about the washing machine. I cannot make repairs if nobody tells me so I appreciate your feedback. I will also have someone look at that sink faucet. As for updating, 2024 was all about the replacement of those sunroom sliding doors. I am looking into bathroom overhaul in 2025 but small remodel jobs are so hard to get booked up in Summit County"
Beautiful view from the condo. The condo was very clean and nice. Hot tub was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The sun room was wonderful and spent most of our time out there. Thank you!

We had a great time. The property was located feet from the waters edge and views were spectacular. The property was well stocked with most items but short on electrical outlets and some items like the stove were out of date. Overall that did not detract from our stay.

From the owner: "Thank you for the 5-star review, James! As for the electrical outlets, we are stuck with a condo complex that was built before cell phones and iPads were invented. Thank you for your valuable feedback! You're welcome back, anytime!"
