5/5 This house is beautiful and the hosts are so kind. We really enjoyed our time, we were able to walk to so many fun spots and cafes and come back to chill in the hot tub. It was a wonderful get away and the entire house is just gorgeous!

4/5 Great communication with the host. Beautiful property. Restored amazing house. Hot tub was a nice amenity. Comfortable sectional couches. Heavenly beds. Great bedding. A couple minor pieces of information communicated to the host which were responded to quickly, which was appreciated. House could use a deep clean, overall an excellent stay.

5/5 House was lovely, just as described. Unfortunately the front door was in disrepair and we had to reinforce the tape a few times. Also the 3rd story antique windows in the primary bedroom opened by themselves. AC was relatively drafty, but we were prepared for varied weather being in Denver anyway. The hot tub was nice but didn’t stay hot enough. Was nice and clean though! The sheets were wonderfully crisp and cool, but the towels were a disappointment. The steam shower was really lovely and the heated floor was a nice luxury. We all loved the porch swing and the hidden TV in the living room. Overall I would definitely return and stay here again.
