The property is in good shape and the interior is nicely done. It is located in an area of student housing near Regis University. Unfortunately there was a very strong smell of cat urine inside. I have two family members who are allergic to cats so we had to end our stay early. Besides telling us that there were no cats in the unit (which was correct), the owner was not responsive to our concerns. The location was good for getting around Denver, unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of that.

Upon arrival at 4 pm, we were greeted by a loud noise and discovered a flooding bathroom caused by a burst fill line in the toilet. Despite prompt contact with the guest host at 4:03 pm, initial interactions were tense and somewhat accusatory. A handyman arrived at 4:40 pm without introduction, lacking necessary supplies, and arranged for another to come later. Communication about repairs was sparse, with minimal updates until we requested a late checkout due to the inconvenience of sharing one bathroom. The property was otherwise suitable, but the handling of the plumbing issue and lack of proactive communication were disappointing.

The only down side to this was the air conditioning there is one in the dining room but there are three rooms in the back that do not have air conditioning. The home was clean and very nice. The upstairs neighbors were kinda load in the middle of the night but overall a good experience.

First, when this listing says multi-unit home, it means it's home with multiple apartments. This listing is for one of those apartments. As long as you don't mind others staying in the same building, it works well. This listing is the downstairs, so you can hear people walking around and murmured voices upstairs.
It's an interesting property. My guess is it was built in phases, because I've certainly never seen floor plans quite like it. The ceiling height in the bathroom area is very short. A friend staying with me was 6'6" and he had to watch his head.
The outside of the property is pretty tired, but inside is nicely renovated. It's right across the street from Regis University, so easy access to walking areas. Altho it does make for a fair bit of traffic noise and lights during the night.
The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio and watching the neighborhood cat stalk squirrels.
Beds were comfortable. Linens were clean. Easy, prompt communication with the host.
With lodging costs so expensive in Denver during June, we felt like it was worth it.
