• Warm, cozy, comfortable, safe

  My friend and I stayed here for a week while celebrating her birthday in Denver. We had such a lovely time. The home is only a couple blocks away from the bus stop, and we were able to walk to everything we were interested in. There were many amenities available (I don't know how I'll return to life without a bidet, that was fabulous), and our beds were snug and comfortable. There were so many TV options, and we really felt welcome and at home.

  It was also so lovely to hear soft piano music drifting down from upstairs in the mornings. One day we awakened to the gentle sound of (what we think was) jazz or blues. We just sat by the stairs and listened. So so peaceful.

  The owners have done an outstanding job converting the basement into a “studio” style area.

  The decorations are very nice.

  There are drinks in the refrigerator and snacks provided.

  The only negative is if you are older and mobility limited, getting into the beds can be difficult. This was discussed with owner.

• Fantastic location

  We enjoyed our stay! And the best thing was the lovely neighborhood walk each morning to Whittier Cafe. Clean, quiet, and cozy, this spot was perfect for our needs…and the extra attention to detail was much appreciated!

  The property was very clean, and the hosts had thought of everything a traveler may need. There were fresh flowers, fruit, bars, coffee, tea, shampoo, toothbrushes, sodas and beer in the fridge. That was awesome!

  It is a basement apartment, so you could occasionally hear folks upstairs, and the beds were a bit of a climb, so not for everyone, but we had a great stay and felt very comfortable.

• Cozy, comfy studio

  We had a great stay! The studio was quiet, comfy and in a good location. There were fresh flowers, cold drinks, fruit, snacks and coffee products waiting for us. Hosts lived upstairs, and were in contact with us via text messages, and we never saw them. Studio features very comfy beds and a luxurious shower. We’d stay again!
