It was decent.
2/5 The house was very nice and clean. We also loved that they are dog friendly. The owner of the home was very good at communicating with us. But sadly the beds were so uncomfortable. The beds are just a box spring with a foam pad. We had to buy an air mattress to sleep on because the beds were so horrible. We also didn't realize that the owners lived in the basement of the property. Totally our fault that we didn't read the fine print. I felt like we had to be quite so we didn't disturb the people in the basement. We could hear them talking and watching TV and it was kind of uncomfortable hearing what people are doing or talking about. Sadly the next time we go to Denver will not be using their services again.

Excellent Listing
5/5 This property was immaculate and furnished well, in a quiet neighborhood. Michael was the most accommodating host ever! He went over and above in his efforts to treat us well! He is continually adding amenities! We loved sitting in the backyard !And was promptly responsive when we had questions.I highly recommend!

Cozy updated house
5/5 We had a great stay there, comfortable watching movies and playing games in the living room. Not much of a dining table, but we made it work. We enjoyed making ice cream in the Cuisinart maker. There's a nice walking trail along a creek just a couple of blocks away. The fenced backyard was nice for our dog.

Loud and disruptive
1/5 The property was good but the owner being onsite was not ok, they were loud throughout the night. We didn’t sleep well because of the interruptions. If someone is onsite I feel that they should’ve been more respectful of our time there. We respected their rules.

- Thank you for the feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the noise during your stay.
- I make it a priority to be extremely careful about the noise level and respect my guest's privacy.
- Unfortunately, one night during your stay, I left my keys in a friend's car, and they came by to drop them off for me. I was not home so they were knocking on my door for a bit, which caused my dog to bark as well.
- I'm very sorry for this, and I will make sure nothing like that ever happens again.
The owner is committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!
