  • Great location and space

    Wonderful spot. I really enjoyed the top floor office with plug-ins for my laptop to be able to work with a large additional screen. The hot tub was a great touch and very comfortable in the evenings. There wasn't one thing that we needed that we couldn't find or was not there. There was some construction next door but I was told about this ahead of my stay by the wonderful host and it wasn't even as bad as I thought it would be. Hardly noticed and only happened during the day.

    Highly recommend this for your stay, lots of space and spread out really well for friends/family to have their own space. Walking distance to plenty of options for food/coffee/drinks and a beautiful walk around the lake. Short Uber to downtown for unlimited options. Look no further, this is the place for you!

    Perfect property for our adult family (brothers and sisters) - walking distance to mile high and short uber to downtown.

    Well maintained and good communication - would have preferred more room on upstairs deck as opposed to the hot tub - but overall 5 stars.

  • Great space, amenities and location

    We were in Denver for a few days with some family, celebrating my husband's birthday and attending the Foo Fighters concert. It was a perfect location, easy walk to the stadium and quick drive to many other restaurants, breweries, and fun things to see and do. The townhome was beautiful and just as pictured with all the amenities, extras and comfort we could have hoped for. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!
