3/5 The House was a great set up and the neighborhood was near everything we wanted. 1 1/2 blocks from a nice park, and moments away from Tennyson Street, a great restaurant shopping district in the Berkley Neighborhood of Denver.Very comfortable place and a great yard for hanging around or having a few guests over. The yard is quite the selling point. Appreciated the modern furniture. It fit with our tastes.Overall a very good experience.

Our yearly getaway!
5/5 We loved staying here so very much!!!! This was our first trip my husband and I booked for ourselves after being married + eloping in Colorado 2 years ago and was perfect for us. Our dogs + all 4 people were very comfortable and the house is clean and very unique, with great decor! Our favorite part is the front porch area and backyard doing s’mores in the fire pit. We did try to use the oven once and it smoked strangely so that may need to be looked at but besides that it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much!

Perfect!
5/5 The first and foremost thing I must say is that the host was extremely communicative and addressed any concerns promptly. I cannot recommend this property and have already stayed there twice.
