• Worst VRBO ever...

  First communication with the rental agency Evolve was awful. Any message took 2 days to get a response. They give you two different contacts to communicate with but they are even worse. My stay is over and I still haven't heard back. Upon entering the house I noticed that the place looked a little dirty but I was okay with that due to having stayed in some messy vacation rentals before. That feeling quickly changed when I went to grab a cup. You could see and feel dirt and hair in the cabinets. Yes hair.... I began to look around after discovering this and it did not get better. There was so much hair in the washer that the flow of water was restricted causing an awful smell from the washing machine. The oven was filthy and the drawers all had dirt and hair in them. There was long hairs in the bed that would conveniently wrap up in my beard at night. I am bald so it wasn't my hair. The floor and baseboards were covered in dirt. The bathroom baseboards look like they have never been cleaned. It felt like a science experiment in there. The floor being so dirty caused me to look under the bed. I have never seen bigger dust bunnies in my life and the floor was covered in dust and trash under the furniture. The ceiling fans had about a 1/4 inch of dust on the leading edges. The couch had dried food or boogers on the edges of the cushions. I wish I could include photos. We left 3 days early and got a hotel. Do not rent this place unless you like hanging out in a garbage dump.

  - We clean our washer regularly so that it works at its highest capacity, there were no issues with water restriction or odors.

• Nice stay near tennyson

  Great location a quick walk to Tennyson. I stayed here with 2 girlfriends for a few days and the space was perfect for our needs. Nice work from home setup and easy to get everywhere. Definitely recommend!

  The House was a great set up and the neighborhood was near everything we wanted. 1 1/2 blocks from a nice park, and moments away from Tennyson Street, a great restaurant shopping district in the Berkley Neighborhood of Denver.Very comfortable place and a great yard for hanging around or having a few guests over. The yard is quite the selling point. Appreciated the modern furniture. It fit with our tastes.Overall a very good experience.

• Amazing home away from home

  Very comfortable place and a great yard for hanging around or having a few guests over. The yard is quite the selling point.
