Modern House w/ Yard < 7 Mi to Downtown Denver!

  The property manager was great. She was friendly and responsive. We asked for an early check in as we were traveling with a 17 month old. She was able to get us in a couple hours early. We had an issue with accessing the Wi-Fi and she helped with that. The issues we had were with the property and upkeep. The pictured backyard is not what you get. The yard is over grown, the shade canopy isn’t up, the patio has debris piles, and the patio furniture was dirty. It wasn’t inviting or usable. When this property listing states window A/C, it means one unit at the front of the house. This house is long and skinny so the back of the house doesn’t get any air. The living area and main bedroom are at the back. We had fans set up everywhere. Our baby monitor said it was 85 degrees in the bedroom at night. We definitely weren’t expecting this.. we avoided being in the house in the afternoon with the sun beating in the back windows. We did have an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink, which we let the property manager know about. We couldn’t use the dishwasher or one side of the sink since the issue seemed to be the pipe that connected the two. Unsure what the issue was but we were trying to avoid causing any water damage. Those were the main issues. We wouldn’t stay here again.

  Hi Richelle, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We are in the process of addressing the issues with the patio and apologize if this impacted your stay.
  - There is one AC unit at the front of the house in addition to a swamp cooler that keeps the house very cool. Our property manager always walks guests through how to work this.
  - The kitchen and dishwasher are less than a year old, and no issues have ever been brought to our attention. These have since been working well and we're sorry for any inconvenience.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Cute house, great location, minimal

  We loved this little house and the location is adorable. A very cute neighborhood right by a park and we loved the backyard. It was perfect for my family and my girls loved sharing the bed together in the bed tucked into the wall. Be sure to bring any kids plates, cups, toys, beds or seats as these can't be found.

  House was nice. Back yard was a little rough but had a nice patio to hang out at night. Neighborhood was quiet. You are 1 block from Berkley Park which has a community center including pool they let us use for free.

• Great stay in Lakeside

  Super walkable to Tennison St which has bars and restaurants. There is definitely a family of raccoons that live in the neighbors yard, and climb onto the terrace in the yard
