My companion and I rented this place as a base for a weeklong trip to hike in the Rockies. The location was convenient, the place clean and well-furnished beyond the typical VRBO fare. It was a surprise on arrival to find a fridge stacked with a welcoming charcuterie plate, hydration variety, wine bottles, and other goodies and conveniences. Utensils, condiments, spices, and even Ziploc backs and other conveniences were provided. The host, Rigo, was amazingly accommodating, responsive, and attentive. It was clear that Rigo paid attention to even the smallest detail of his guests’ needs. His lovely and playful dogs, Echo and Lucky, were a wonderful bonus if one opted (as I did) to interact with them (and Rigo makes it clear that the interaction is up to the guest to choose). What a wonderful find!
This space was amazing and Robert was a phenomenal host. He set us snacks and drinks that were ready when we arrived and gave us multiple recommendations during the stay. There was a patio area outside that we used every day, it was especially beautiful sitting outside in the morning with some coffee. I will definitely return to this spot the next time I am in Denver!
The apartment was super clean and quiet. The host Rigo very pleasant, he left a snack tray of meat/cheeses to start and a stocked fridge with drinks. The place is very quiet his dogs will greet you with a bark but they are behind the fence and no problem. He had anything we needed fully stocked .We were going to Denver to see Taylor Swift at Empower Field this was a great location like 8 minutes their and no traffic same coming back. Great location going to a game or concert. We also were going to Boulder to CU Campus the location was close to highway for that trip, 30 minutes there. A great stay.
Near Denver and really a great place.

This quaint little space is perfect for someone up to 4 who just needs a place to chill after a long day. Hospitality is awesome. Owners are very hospitable. The owners do have dogs that will greet you but are friendly.
