I could not stay here.
1/5 It is a basement apartment with stairs without a railing.
Nice layout/location but was not clean
3/5 The location of this home is perfect for a family. We came to Denver to see the science museum and it was right across the park. The layout was nice with three separate sleeping areas. Those are the good things.But when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned...maybe just straightened up. There was human and pet hair everywhere (floors, beds, shower, stuck to walls). And because the sheets were microfiber (polyester) there was hair stuck all over the sheets. Towels were dingy and had holes. There were four pillow cases for 8 very well used pillows. After a water spill, I wiped it up with a light colored towel that turned dark grey from dirty floors.I would hope that the towels, sheets, and pillows will be replaced and the whole rental gets a deep clean soon.

Convenient and welcoming
5/5 Our experience at Karlee’s property was all positive. We were on the go most days but we did enjoy the backyard on our last night. The kitchen is well appointed and you have everything that you need. Perfect location for the activities we were involved in, and parking was a breeze

Clean and nice accommodation
5/5 Nice clean apartment, moderately well equipped. This is a lower level apartment, but dry with no mold or dampness. Owner upstairs, very responsive and accommodating, pet friendly. Good location, across street to City Park. Good stay.

Don’t book it for the hot tub
4/5 The place was as described and we had a nice time. But if your adults looking to enjoy the hot tub for a night time soak, this place may not be for you. The hot tub never seemed to warm up, even at over 100 degrees. Felt like warm bath water. Plus we were getting home later in the night, and felt like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves outside in the tub for fear of disrupting the neighbors per the hosts warning.
