    Property was as listed. No surprises. Del Norte is a cute town. Short drive to Wolf Creek A few hiccups but nothing that would deter me from renting again

    Chemical adjustment were needed in the hot tub

    Making it unusable….bummer Pots and pans could use some updating. When offering ping pong it’s best that the paddles and balls are usable

    Overall, we had a fantastic time, the property was great if you have a big group, it’s especially nice with multiple living spaces

    Definitely would come back

  • Disappointing & Dishonest

    The place looked like a construction site with junk laying everywhere. The home didn’t have a roof. The air conditioning & water heater didn’t

    work. The hot tub in the picture and the write-up doesn’t work or even have water in it.

    Joe the owner called to inform me 8 hours into a 10 hour drive that he would refund half of the money due to the property’s condition but apparently that was a lie because he is refusing to now. I definitely don’t recommend staying at this place.

    This home had a lot of space and the layout was great! Plenty of parking for ATVs. The construction seemed lacking or unfinished and some things were not working in the home. The price per night seemed high based on the overall quality of the home. The check in process and communication with the guest contact was excellent.

    We had a group of 10 family members staying at this property for our annual ski trip to Wolf Creek. The space was ideal for our family members aged 3 to 68, as well as our 3 dogs.

  • Great stay in Del Norte

    Our family (10 members from 3 to 68 years old) and our dogs, stayed here as our base for a ski vacation at Wolf Creek. This home had everything we needed - 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and about a 45 minute drive to Wolf Creek. Also just a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants in both Del Norte and South Fork.
