Second time staying at this exact cabin and wanting to return next year! Incredible time! Wonderful sunsets and sunrises! Made you feel all alone with the mountain. House had all we needed. Even big pans for cooking and a high chair and packnplay for our little one. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for returning and for the wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear you had another incredible stay and enjoyed those mountain sunrises and sunsets. It’s great to know the home had everything your family needed. We’d be honored to host you again next year!

Our daughter got married in Florissant so this house was close enough and large enough for my family of 8 to enjoy

One of our greatest enjoyments were the views out the windows, including the artesian well at the entrance area of the drive. Watching people come in to fill their water tanks was so fun. We also enjoyed that same water. The house was more than a cabin, very modern and Adequate. We made several trips north to Woodland Park for dining and shopping. We also found some enjoyable historic sites, including the old gold mines. Cripple Creek was very close by but we chose to visit elsewhere. Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp was just a few minutes north and explored some there to find moose tracks Back the dirt road. Kitchen was stocked like it was a home. Host was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely consider rebooking this property. We had a great time and was the start of our two weeks in the Rockies.
