Horrible experience
1/5 We could not get a hold of host for keyless access and to talk about concerns we had. I sent multiple emails and called him several times and left voicemails. He called us 30 minutes before our checkin saying he had never received anything from me. We ended up staying at a hotel and didn’t receive our full refund.
