PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- The name of the property is 'Bobcat Trail Cabin'

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- From Denver (C470 to Hampden/285)
- Approximately 50.1 miles to Jefferson, Colorado, from the C470 interchange at Hampden
- Drive 6.2 miles past Jefferson to Elkhorn Road/CO 15. You can only turn left and you want to be on the look-out for this turn-off
- Drive 3.5 to the Fire Station on your left (The first building you will see after having turned onto Elkhorn Rd.). Right at the Fire Station the road forks. You want to go right at the fork. The road becomes a dirt road at this point
- Go 2.8 miles and turn Left onto Antler Ridge
- Antler Ridge will take you up into the hills and wind back and forth. You want to go 2.3 miles and take a slight left onto Shoshone Drive and then turn left on Warpath Drive, go .4 miles, and turn right on Arrowhead (this is your first right after having turned off of Warpath)
- Drive down .1 miles, and we are in the driveway past the 2nd electric pole. There is a small US flag as well. There are two drives right next to each other, so remember it is on the right after the 2nd electric pole/the 2nd driveway. “5133” will be on the wooden poles marking the driveway. Also, our Bobcat Trail cabin sign marks the driveway as well
- In the Winter season, you may want to take these roads instead. You have a better chance of not getting stuck in the snow, especially if you don’t have a four-wheel drive. Both ways will get you to the cabin

- From Denver (C470 to Hampden/285)
- Approximately 50.1 miles to Jefferson, Colorado, from the C470 interchange at Hampden

- Keep left past the Fire Station and the road forks. You want to go left at the fork. The road becomes a dirt road at this point
- Go 2.2 miles on County Road 687
- Continue straight onto Albino Road for 1.7 miles (You will see the Indian Mountain Neighborhood sign on your right)
- Turn right onto Arrowhead Dr for 0.5 miles
Turn left on Spearpoint Rd. It will curve right quickly, and you will be back on Arrowhead Dr. Take this for 1.3 miles. The cabin will be on your left in a big grove of pine and aspen trees
- There are two drives right next to each other, so remember it is on the left and will be the first driveway from this direction. “5133” will be on the wooden poles marking the driveway, and you will see our Bobcat Trail Cabin sign
- If you run into Warpath Road, you go too far. Just turn around

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The lockbox is located on front porch post, near the front door. The code will be given to you prior to your arrival
- Please inform your Guest Contacts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Lock the front door and return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please read the instructions located in the cabin. Additionally, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Bag your trash bags tightly and leave them in the cabin for the cleaning service to take (do not put them outside)
- Load the dishwasher
- Put all used linens and towels in the hallway in front of the laundry closet
- If you turned up the heat, make sure to turn it back down. Turn the dial on the thermostat all the way down to 50 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances (make sure both the TV, Roku, and the DVD player are off)
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please leave the internet/wireless ON
- Make sure all the blinds are closed up in all the rooms and the windows are closed and locked
- Make sure the side door is locked next to the table
- Make sure the stove/oven are off, leave the dishwasher door open as well as the doors to under the sink
- Please remove perishables or leave them in the refrigerator for removal
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- If you use the wood stove, make sure you clean the cool ashes out with the bucket and dump the ashes in the large metal container next to the gas grill
- If you used the grill, make sure to turn the gas off
- Bring in all cushions from the patio. If you don’t, the squirrels will devour them
- The property does not have air conditioning
