• Property did what I needed it to do

  Due to a misunderstanding, I checked in when not expected by the cleaners and the place needed a little touch-up. Someone came over immediately after I contacted the POC and cleaned up a little and verified the condition of the property. I had a large contingent of family from out of state stay at the property and they said it wasn't too bad. So the property did what I needed it to do, which was house my family for the duration of their stay.

• Perfect Location for a Large Group near USAFA!

  This rental house was fantastic for our large group attending a USAFA graduation.

  Here's why:

  Spacious and Convenient:

  * Six bedrooms comfortably slept our group of nine.

  * Perfect location - close to USAFA (20 minutes) and attractions (Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the airport).

  * Convenient to food stores and a Dunks

  * Plenty of parking (driveway and street).

  Well-Equipped and Comfortable:

  * Clean linens and towels provided.

  * Functional kitchen with all the essentials, plus a gas grill for BBQs.

  * Washer and dryer available for laundry needs.

  * Comfortable living area with plenty of seating.

  * Smaller backyard perfect for yard games (bring your own cornhole or Kan-Jam!).

  Great Host:

  * Our hostess was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

  Overall, this house was a perfect fit for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

  Minor Notes:

  * The neighborhood is older but quiet and safe.

  * The main living area has a small dining table, so plan meals accordingly.

  * The backyard has limited seating, but chairs can be moved from the kitchen if needed.

  Where to start… communication was initially nonexistent then after arriving terrible at best.

  House was not well cleaned and / or maintained - dirt, stains, old coffee grounds, etc.

  A snow storm came in so we arrived a day late and asked that they please ensure it was plowed or shoveled or something before we arrived given we had people with limited mobility. They didn’t and made no arrangements or accommodations said it was not her responsibility.

  There was 1 blanket on each bed without extras, and heat doesn’t work properly downstairs so we slept in clothes to stay warm.

  There was no TP, no soap in bathroom,

  Garage door was broken so no garage parking as advertised…

  The list goes on.

  I excepted a clean, safe & functional home and that was not provided nor was there any real Attempts to address the numerous issues raised.
