The property was fine. Some very nice upgrades. Other things need improvement. We really enjoyed the patio. The fan made it feel cool enough to hang out and play games at the nice large patio table. Nice grill also.

I already gave a review thru vrbo
My family of 4 plus our dog stayed here for 11 nights while we visited the Colorado Springs area for hiking and rock climbing. The house is in a decent location for visiting a variety of areas, but note that it's about 20-30 minutes from any non-chain, non-take-out restaurant.Pros:- Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows of various styles- Ample good-quality towels & washcloths- Ample soft seating and dining seating- Nice large fenced, shaded backyard- Kitchen stocked with basics and plenty of dishes- Friendly owner who responded promptly to questions and issues- Fairly quiet neighborhood (except July 4th weekend!)Cons: - House is in decent condition, but could still use some maintenance and updating. For example, things like stains on carpet, broken floor trim, broken closet door, etc. should be addressed or disclosed.- Lighting in most rooms is very dim (mostly lamps with low-wattage bulbs)Overall, it was a decent place to stay, especially if you have a dog who needs space, but just know that the house still needs some work.

We were quite comfortable. The home, while updated, reminded all of us of our grandmother’s home. It had just the right amount of amenities. Location was perfect for our purpose of visit. We will definitely consider this property for our future visits.
