  I will admit that I did not read all of the items listed things that that we had to do to stay at this house. I learned from this reservation to read everything in the listing before reserving. The owner allows 5 people, but the seating in the living room only sits 3 people. The couch only fits 3, so after the day, we could not all relax and spend time together. We went downstair to play a game and the table had four chairs so we brought the bar stool(uncomfortable) from upstairs so that we could all play the game. The refrigerator stopped working and I needed the freezer for the chile that I was bringing back home. We only had water in the refrigerator so that was not a big deal. I called the owner and she said that if I used the toaster (which we didn't use), it trips the outlet for the refrigerator. She said that this bit of information was listed in the detail, as I mentioned I didn't read the details. I was nervous that the freezer would not keep the chile frozen, but it did work out. If using a small appliance is tripping another outlet, there is an electrical issue and that should be fixed.

  The house is close to a hiking trail and we enjoyed the hiking and it is fairly close to the I-25 exit which made it convenient. Overall, I would not stay at this home again.

  - Our listing accurately portrays the property, with photos that provide a clear view of the couch's size and the seating arrangements. When you reached out about this, we apologized and referred to the listing. Again, we're sorry that our furniture didn't align with your preferences.
  - When you reached out about the issue with the refrigerator, we guided you through the steps to resolve it. Occasionally, the GFCI can trip when there are too many items plugged in. We provide this information in our welcome manual so that all guests are aware, and we're always here to assist in case this occurs during a stay.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Property location is great for all of the major activities. Just 20 minutes from Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. An hour to Red Rocks and the Royal Gorge Suspension Bridge. Amazing views everywhere you look!

  Property is a great location to many major activities (Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, etc.). An hour from others (Red Rocks, Royal Gorge, etc.)

  Property meet our needs. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to our emails/texts.

  Immaculately clean remodeled home in the heart of Colorado Springs. Stunning views through wall of windows. Would definitely stay here again.
