5/5 We had a wonderful stay in this home! So much space, beautifully decorated, perfect location, great dog area, responsive host, lovely neighborhood- I can’t say enough! It was a great place to come home to after exploring Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. Definitely recommend & would stay again!!!

Clean and Quiet with a view
5/5 I was able to study on the covered patio and was able to disconnect in this quiet neighborhood. If I were looking for a place in Colorado I would buy this house.

Nice cozy place with good location
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent except for only having a swamp cooler. It was clean and spacious. We couldn’t use the basement as there is no AC down there so my wife and I had to sleep in twin beds apart from one another. Even if you turn the swamp cooler down to 70 it doesn’t help the basement area although it helps the upstairs at that point. It was great just could use AC for those hot times so you can utilize whole house. That’s all. Communication was given a 3/5 because I reached out to owner via text (and told them who I was) and they never responded. Again, I still have them a 4 overall. Would have still been 5 if they had AC.
