Great little bungalow!
5/5 Online description and check-in instructions were spot on. Home was clean and well stocked if cooking or staying longer. No neighborhood issues and so close to several downtown eateries and entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pikes Peak vacation
5/5 The property was great. House was just the right size for us. There is one bedroom but the couch in the living room is a hide a bed. Kitchen had all your cooking needs except for food of course.
The only down side we found was parking. Street parking is not assigned it is whoever gets there first. The side yard could probably be converted into a driveway.

Cute home in convenient location
5/5 Little home was just right for the two of us. It was well stocked with everything we could need. It was close to downtown and a short drive to the tourist spots we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area also.

Perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs
5/5 The "Gnome Home" is the perfect place to stay while in Colorado Springs. The view looking down the street has beautiful mountain views. It is within walking distance to the downtown & Wilkins Arena. We felt very safe and the homes around are being renovated and well kept.
Hunter and Beth thought of absolutely everything that we might need in added amenities including snacks on the bar. The home is immaculately clean and the outside has a nice patio and welcoming backyard. I would definitely recommend staying in this home for a couple or small family.
Hunter went above and beyond helping us with a parking concern. The owners really do care and make sure our staying experience is a good one. We greatly appreciate this!

Quiet Cozy Cottage
5/5 The Gnome Home was ideal for my solo (first time) visit to Colorado Springs. This one bedroom structure is well laid out and the owners obviously thought of many small, sometimes overlooked, details that would make a weary traveler comfortable. This cottage was central to so many things in Colorado. It contributed significantly to me having an enjoyable trip and I hope I'll be able to use it again for a future visit.
