  We enjoyed our stay. The house was great and had everything we needed. We were glad to find such a nice place that allowed us to bring a dog. The location was right in town and was within walking distance to a lot of different businesses. It is an older home that has had a lot of charm and modern conveniences.

• Great Historic house

  The house was lovely and close to everything in Canon city. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the old touches the family left as decoration.

  The property needs a refreash. Beding linens need updates, yard needs work, some furniture needs replaced. One bathroom on second floor for 4 bedrooms is a challenge. 3/4 bath on main floor is very awkward, sense the bed rooms are upstairs.

  Called maintance and they did respond to some of our issues.

  -The homeowner and local contact were in frequent communication and addressed many of your concerns during your stay.
  -The lawn was taken care of on the second day of your visit by our landscaper.
  -The bedding is brand new, and we are aware of the furniture that needs updating and are working on it.
  -The layout, including the bathroom locations, is detailed in the listing. The home is a classic Victorian built in 1900, with bedrooms upstairs and additional bathrooms added during renovations.
  
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for!

  This was my first Vrbo rental. We were over the top impressed with the property. It was clean, cute, and fit our needs well. Nice quiet area, and close to everything we had planned to do. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to gather😊
