It Looks Good - But Nothing Really Works
2/5 Nice big house, but that's about it. Here are the problems:1. House contact does not have voicemail and doesn't answer her phone 2. Keyless entry way freezes all the time - you can't enter!3. Downstairs is not heated - no way to sleep down there - lost 2 beds4. Ice maker doesn't work5. Toaster doesn't toast6. Not sure rugs were really vacuumed7. Water pressure low - can't take more than 2 showers8. Ovenware old and cruddy9. No TV - you have to cast from your phone

- We're sorry to hear about the lack of communication during your stay. We've shared your feedback with our local Guest Contact to ensure that future guests do not share your experience.
- We have tested the keyless entry multiple times, and it works each time.
- The home has central heat, and the basement is only a few degrees cooler. Additionally, we provided space heaters to help make your stay more comfortable.
- We provided ice trays.
- We've tested the toaster and found no issues.
- The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's stay, but we'll pass your feedback on to the cleaners.
- The home has standard city water pressure.
- We've added new ovenware.
- We bought a brand new SmartTV and purchased a Netflix account for all future guests to enjoy.

Thanksgiving stay
4/5 We really did enjoy this house. Would recommend it to others. We were comfortable and could sit around catching up. The baking dishes and utensils are scarce so be prepared if you need them, as well as basic pantry items. Overall we were happy with our stay. Thank you!
