• Sleeper couch unacceptable

  It's a dungeon. No stovetop to cook food, and the couch pullout is not acceptable to sleep on due to it being so uncomfortable. The host graciously brought down a wire mattress but it's extremely old and I would not sleep on it. The price was affordable, but we got what we paid for.

  - The listing clearly states that this is a basement apartment with a kitchenette, which does not include a stovetop. We do our best to accurately describe the space and amenities so guests can determine if it’s the right fit for their needs.
  - The pull-out sofa is designed primarily for children or one adult. When comfort concerns were mentioned, we promptly provided an additional mattress to add extra support. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding about how it was intended to be used. Our goal is to offer a clean, affordable stay, and we respond quickly when guests need assistance.
  We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the comfort of the sofa bed for future guests.”
