Wonderful Ranch
5/5 Great place to stay with a large family or multiple families. We Loved the huge eating area, heated pool and huge common area. Having a washing and drying machine was very useful to us as well. My favorite part of this property was the wildlife pond, where we could enjoy the many species of birds that use it as a sanctuary. During our visit, we were treated to ducks, geese, great blue herons, killdeer, redwing blackbirds and an impressive array of song birds. We also enjoyed the evening sunset over Pikes Peak!

5/5 I rented the house for our family who came to Colorado for my husband's retirement. All grandkids and great niece's and nephews enjoyed the pool and the room to play outside. It is a wonderful area to just relax and spend time with family in one house. There was a lot of bonding and family together time and we felt we were able to do that because of how many people this house holds.
The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with.

Youth Trip 2024
5/5 The property was beautiful! The pond just made the place! The house was perfect for the group I had. They really enjoyed the basketball court and the pool. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining room were great for our group. They had plenty of room to sit down and eat breakfast 3 days and one evening meal. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place for 21 people. We loved our time there.
