5/5 We had an amazing stay at the J & B Ranch for our family Christmas reunion, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The home had every amenity we could have asked for—and more—making it feel just like home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which made hosting our family incredibly convenient.The home is very spacious with a chic, stylish feel while still keeping those beautiful ranch vibes. It was the perfect space for a large family gathering. The heated pool was a huge highlight, and we loved that all the pool essentials were provided, it made everything so easy and enjoyable.Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. Kristen, our host, was extremely responsive and made the entire process simple and easy from start to finish.This is a truly lovely home, and we will absolutely be returning. We had many people asking where we were staying and requesting the link, so we’re hoping 2026 is filled with bookings for you and your family. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home!

Wonderful Ranch
5/5 Great place to stay with a large family or multiple families. We Loved the huge eating area, heated pool and huge common area. Having a washing and drying machine was very useful to us as well. My favorite part of this property was the wildlife pond, where we could enjoy the many species of birds that use it as a sanctuary. During our visit, we were treated to ducks, geese, great blue herons, killdeer, redwing blackbirds and an impressive array of song birds. We also enjoyed the evening sunset over Pikes Peak!

5/5 I rented the house for our family who came to Colorado for my husband's retirement. All grandkids and great niece's and nephews enjoyed the pool and the room to play outside. It is a wonderful area to just relax and spend time with family in one house. There was a lot of bonding and family together time and we felt we were able to do that because of how many people this house holds.
The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with.
