When we arrived, I had to call Steve as I could not figure out how to open the door!!! Being an older person, I am not up to speed on the easiest things for younger folk! But Steve was gracious and got us in!
It was a beautiful home fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of 4 adults and two children(2 year old and a 2 month old) plus our 4 year old granddog!
The bed we chose the 1st night was too soft for my husband & I so we switched to another bed & that was perfect. We gave the kids the main king suite as it was our daughter’s birthday weekend. They loved it.
We did wish the backyard was fenced so it would be easier for our granddog and us…but we survived.
The neighborhood was so quiet which made us all happy.
We witnessed the 1st snowfall on the beautiful Collegiate range which surrounds the area. We opened all the window coverings so we could take in all the beauty!
We hope to visit again!

Wonderful place to stay! It was perfect for our group to utilize for basecamp during the Leadville Trail 100 weekend. Would stay here again!
A group of us stayed at this lovely house for our wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was great to cook in! Beds were comfortable. There is no central air so be sure to work with opening windows. It was easily cooled off.
