Lovely stay in BV in quiet neighborhood
5/5 This property is a gem in a quiet neighborhood. The house and yard are spotless. Inside, the beds, pillows, couches and linens in top-notch shape and very comfortable. Ceiling fans throughout provide wonderful ventilation. Blinds and curtains provide excellent sun protection and privacy. Dining table seats 4 and additional counter space seats another 4. The owner has thought of everything- extra blankets, hand sanitizer and lotion at the front door, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The best “host handbook” I’ve seen!
Outside, the fully fenced backyard with beautiful views is private and quiet. Deer wandered around in the open area in the mornings and evening. Plenty of chairs and a large outdoor patio table for relaxing or dining. Hot tub was a treat and the stars were beautiful. The separate “saloon” was just as cute and inviting as the rest of the house.
The location of the house was walkable and bikable (for our group) via neighborhood streets to the south main & downtown area - about a mile and very pleasant.
This place is a good fit for groups of adults & families. This is in a quiet neighborhood and that’s a huge plus for us because we valued the quiet and liked the fact that we were expected to blend in with the full-time neighbors. This place would not be a fit for groups who would have trouble following the quiet hours.
