Great spot, not perfect
4/5 We liked the Shambala and had fun exploring BV and local hot springs. The house was safe and secure in a great location. Wi-Fi worked well and we did a puzzle on the big table. Kitchen was workable but they need a big pot for spaghetti, and you’ll want to bring your own paper towels and TP. Biggest issue was we were cold. Blankets were thin and baseboard heaters weren’t all working. If they fixed those small issues we’d stay again. We had fun.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi, the big puzzle table, and the workable kitchen. Your suggestion for a larger pot for spaghetti has been taken into consideration, and we've added one to enhance the cooking amenities.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the thin blankets and the baseboard heaters. The room thermostat was found to be low on batteries and has been promptly replaced. Additionally, we provide extra blankets in every room, either under the beds or in the closets, as mentioned in the guidebook.
We acknowledge a delay in an Amazon delivery, which temporarily affected our paper supplies. This is not typical, as we usually pride ourselves on maintaining well-stocked necessities.
