1/5 Very disappointing…False advertising all the way around- refrigerator wasn’t working upon arrival therefore food purchased had to stay in coolers until refrigerator hit proper temperature. Shared backyard which doesn’t work well when you pay a pet fee to bring yours and there is another dog- dog would be at our door making it uncomfortable to go/come. Not a comfortable stay when you have no way to control the temperature (had to go out and buy a fan in order to sleep). Advertised game area was obsolete- personal belongings everywhere, no pool table, ping pong table covered with supplies (this was our main reason for booking this property). Unsafe stairs from garage to lower basement (nails sticking up, rotted & broken boards) and tripping hazards everywhere! Lack of proper garbage containers for paying guests. Parking was a nightmare, (not as advertised). Dirty-candy and hair under beds, kitchen appliances dirty, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, food crumbs in utensils drawers. Lack of supplies- no dish soap, no trash bags, no paper towels, no mop/bucket- (just be prepared to buy everything). Only positive was beds were comfortable. Would not stay again. - The refrigerator was working properly during the stay and simply required time to cool after being restocked.
- Our property is carefully maintained, including the outdoor areas, which are regularly inspected for safety and comfort.
- Starter supplies such as paper products and dish soap are always provided, in line with vacation rental standards.
- Our dog is calm, non-aggressive, and spends most of the time indoors. Outdoor areas are fenced and managed to ensure privacy and a safe, enjoyable stay for guests.
