• Great Condo, good location and easy communication

  We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Rooms were clean, and well appointed with a TV in every room. Check in was easy, location was great and very close to the bus stop. Plenty of room and we all liked the layout, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room and beds for a big group if needed, or great for a medium group if you all want your own rooms. Communication with Chrissie was very easy and she replied promptly whenever I messaged. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again in the future.

  So. Much. Room. The bedrooms are spacious, everyone gets a bed! Loved having the master on the top floor on its own, nice and private. Kitchen has everything we needed, and having a grill was great. Great beds, linens and towels. The complex is very quiet, enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. Location was awesome, free shuttle right by the complex, but an easy walk to grocery store, Main Street and gondola. Would definitely stay here again, perfect place for a family!

  Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The location is the ideal balance of quiet, scenery but close to all the action in town. You have plenty of space for everyone and being able to park 3 cars is really helpful too and rare. Chrissie the owner was great and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall a great weekend and look forward to staying again next chance.

  This place was absolutely perfect for 10 adults! We had plenty of space and there were no issues. Getting to the Gondola was a breeze with the shuttle being right down the road (or you could walk.) We loved how close we were to the grocery store/downtown as well! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Extremely clean and well kept with every kitchen utensil you could ever need! • Great Location and Great Bedroom/bathroom set up.

  This condo is in a great location and has a bedroom/bathroom set up that was perfect for our group. There are 4 full baths - which is such a plus! - and after a day on the slopes, there was never a wait for a shower. The gas fireplaces were wonderful while we were drinking our coffee in the morning or when we got back after a day on the slopes. We were two couples with three grown kids. One couple had the king room on the 3rd level with a private bath and a fireplace. The other couple had the room on the 2nd floor with 2 double beds, a private bath and yes, another fireplace! We put the kids in the room with two duo bunk beds - also on the 2nd level - and they used the hall bathroom. The 1st level, which has the main living area, also has a full bath and was super useful both as another place to shower or as a general bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table and the setup for the living area was great for hanging around or preparing and eating meals or playing games. The fireplace on that level was used whenever we were in that space. We used the hot tub, steps away from the condo, every night and soaked our tired muscles. Heavenly. The entrance to the condo had a nice setup where we could store our skis and snowboard equipment. The location is great. The shuttle is right outside the complex and then a short bus ride to Union Station or the Gondola. (Or the grocery store and all the businesses around there – liquor store, ski rental shops, bank, etc). The location was convenient enough that we came back to the condo for lunch then hit the slopes again in the afternoon. The non-skier in our group walked to the store as well as to the town of Breckenridge. She also used the fitness center just across the street and declared it modern and clean with many amenities. A great choice if skiing or snowboarding isn't an option. There was a low daily fee to use the facilities and well worth the cost. We never had to contact the owner but the communication before we arrived had everything we needed to know. Great spot! We’ll be back. Thank You Chrissie!!!
