  We loved the location and being able to walk 10 minutes to peak 9 base and hop on and off mountain easily. Unit needs some love. Garage offers storage but cannot park vehicle in garage. Unit owner very responsive to feedback and was immediately available for help.

  Unit location is right at top of stairs second floor.

  Carpet is gross and needs replacing. Carpet in master bath area for you carpet in the bath lovers. Couches have faux leather falling off where pieces were literally being picked up by our 9 month old posing a choking hazard. The door handle to the deck fell off at first use and had to be opened with just the right presure to open but not rip off the handle. This is a safety and fire hazard issue. The hottub required a reset every morning on the breaker to get it heated. Arrived to hotttub at 88 degrees the first day.

  All of these issues can be remedied and weren't a complete ruin to our trip but after discussion, my wife and I probably wouldn't bring our family to this unit again without a new hottub and new furniture. This unit could be spectacular unfortunately it needs about 50k put into it including a new hottub. Should suit your needs and i think the price is fair but be aware the pictures created a false sense of unit quality.

  -The carpet throughout the property has been thoroughly cleaned. In the bathrooms, both have received a fresh coat of paint, and a washable rug has been added in front of the sink area for added comfort and convenience. It’s important to mention that there is no carpeting within the shower or toilet areas to maintain a clean and purposeful layout.
  
  -We’ve refreshed the living room for added comfort, replacing the chair and removing the previous sofas. A new sofa is set to arrive before Thanksgiving week, creating an even more welcoming space for our guests to relax and enjoy.
  
  -The back patio door handle has been securely tightened after experiencing some natural wear from regular use. Additionally, we’ve replaced the hot tub sensor, ensuring it’s now fully operational.

• Cozy, Convenient & Beautiful Views

  This condo was ideal for myself, my boyfriend and my parents! Arriving to a complimentary bottle of wine and sweeping mountain views was a real treat. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the lifts at Peak 9 and even less to Main Street shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals in, and the hot tub and fireplace are perfect for relaxing post-ski. Would happily stay again. Thank you Fred & Leah!
