Last minute family trip
5/5 We loved the comfy home in the center of Breckenridge. The home was fully stocked with items that made the shopping minimal.
The indoor and outdoor games were wonderful and added to the family fun.

Quick trip to Colorado
5/5 This property was in an excellent location. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants and easily back home again. It was clean and well appointed. I liked having spices and other cooking items available so we didn’t have to buy and toss. It was unseasonably hot and without AC, it got a bit warm but the house had fans available. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing place, great location
5/5 This place is perfect for 6 adults or two families. It is very comfortable and updates. I was there with a group of six guys and everyone was comfortable and complimentary. It very close to great restaurants as well.

5/5 This home is everything and more! You will not be disappointed. Let's start with the property....beautiful and well taken care of inside and out. Our group arrived at check in time and everything was perfect, clean and met all of 4 couples expectations. It had everything we needed and so much more!! The blender had a workout with our group and it did not disappoint! So many extras provide....dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper towels, trash bags. Plenty of room and privacy for our group of 8. It was nice to sit by the outdoor fire pit and catch up with friends. Location: CLOSE to EVERYTHING you could ever want to do. Walking distance to great shopping and dining. The area is safe and peaceful. Property manager Tisha was easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions or concerns that we had. The only issue we had was parking...we had 3 vehicles and only place for 2 cars IF you are creative in parking. We were able to fit 2 of our vehicles in the driveway and found free overnight parking just down the street for the 3rd vehicle. .THIS IS ONLY FREE IN THE OFF SEASON. Also, if at a bar or restaurant and have had a drink you can request a "Patrons Pass" This will allow you to place a parking pass on your car for the night and not worry about a ticket. Otherwise, prepare to fork out $50 parking fees. Don't let the parking scare you away....We would definitely rent again!!!!
