Best Lodging in Breck!
5/5 This cute studio was bigger than expected. It’s vaulted ceilings and furniture layout allow so much room. The bed was oh so cozy. My husband and I had no issues going up and down the loft area. This stay has every amenity you would ever need in a stay from pots/pans, dishes, spices, Keurig, soaps, washer/dryer etc. the furniture and decor make you feel right at home.
You can’t beat the location! It’s 2 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and 5 mins from Frisco. Our stay lasted 13 days. We traveled EVERYWHERE. It’s about 2 hours to almost every bigger city we wanted to travel to which was fantastic! We didn’t have to travel 3–4 hours to places we had planned to visit while in CO like we expected.
If you’re contemplating booking this condo, do it! You won’t regret it. It’s cozy. It’s homey. It’s convenient. It’s in such a nice area. You really can’t beat it.

5/5 This was perfect for my boyfriend and I, very close to everything and such an easy check in and check out process. Very clean & nice appliances. We would stay here again next time we’re in Breckenridge!

Necessary
5/5 Walking into the room was inviting. It was filled with all the necessary items to make a comfortable stay, from the bathroom to the kitchen. The was clean and dusted.

Not as described and safety hazard
1/5 The sofa is not a sleeper sofa, there were no pillows or blankets for the couch and bed is a complete safety hazard and anyone, not only adults or kids. The managing company, evolve, never responded to my inquiries while I was there and following, I contacted them over 15 times trying to resolve

-We do have a sleeper sofa. When you remove all the cushions and pillows, the bed is there with sheets on it as well.
-Our unit is professionally photographed so guests can decide if the layout and features meet their preferences.
-We provide information on who to contact with any questions or issues in the pre-stay email, as well as the Welcome Book. We encourage guests to reach out to our Guest Contact first, as they are local and can best assist. Evolve can also be contacted if needed.

5/5 It was small but quaint. The shuttle to the ski lifts were easy and convenient. The only thing missing was the hot tub, it was under renovation.
