Loved our stay!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this home during peak fall colors in Breck this year! This adorable mountain cottage came with everything we needed and was in the perfect location for easy access to town and trails. The back porch was adorable and we loved the stove fireplace that heated the home. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Great Home
5/5 Great home in the heart of Breckenridge. Has plenty of sleeping rooms/beds for multiple families. House was clean and welcoming. I will say the staircase to the 2nd floor is very very steep. Overall, great stay at a great property.

Great location, perfect family getaway
5/5 We arrived for a long ski weekend and the house was just perfect for our needs. It's walking distance to town and the living room/dining area with the gas stove heating was ideal for gathering.
The steps upstairs are steep as per other reviews but fine for our crew. The one bedroom needs to be accessed through the upstairs shared bathroom, but that was of no impact to us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and cook a dinner too.
The back room is ideal to store skis and boots after a day on the slopes. We did have a mechanical issue arise with the hot tub but both the Evolve team and homeowners worked with us quickly to resolve things.
I would definitely rent again!
