I never received the welcome email with the information and I had to call to get it. The towels smelled moldy, so my guests had to wash them before they could use them. Very disappointed we are owners in Highland Greens townhomes thought this would be a great option for us to host guests on an overflow basis going forward.

This was neat and clean, easy to find. Fireplace was warm and cozy, bath towels were soft. Owner's communication was excellent. I would recommend this place to stay.
