5/5 Beautiful cozy condo, great location, hot tub and spa were perfect!

4/5 We did enjoy our stay, and the place was very clean and well stocked. But without AC the place got to warm to sleep well for us. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed next to the only window. With another building and people walking about 20feet away we weren't able to leave the blinds open without people looking in the window. In the winter this isn't a problem, but in July you may be in the same boat.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review, Penny. Because of the elevation and generally cooler climate of Breckenridge, AC is not available in Riverbend Lodge nor most other lodges in the area. Two ventilating fans are available to pull air from the window through the condo into the back bedroom area. This generally works well. Please accept our apologies that this did not work the way we’d hoped for you! And we are glad, that despite this issue, you were able to enjoy your trip!"
