From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. This is the first time we have received comments on the bed mattresses. Our wonderful cleaning team reviewed all mattresses for any stains or spills and found nothing of note. We apologize if you did not find the mattress comfortable. The mattress in question is a Tempur-pedic foam mattress and is in great shape (only 2 years old). The second mattress is only a few months old. We will be “Rotating” the mattress from head to toe to create an even, supportive feel and will continue this process every three months as suggested by the manufacturer. Incidentally, we added a soft mattress topper to the sofa bed a few months ago (per the feedback of another guest). We appreciate feedback that can help us improve our guests’ comfort, and we’re glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay!"
