some things need attention
2/5 we found a lot of dog hair everywhere and the dishwasher didn't work, they didn't send anybody to fix it.

- We regret that the dishwasher wasn’t repaired during your stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a technician out in time, but it was fixed the day you checked out and is now working properly.
- We were surprised to hear about the dog hair and apologize for the inconvenience. We've contacted our housekeeper to address this and are scheduling a professional carpet steam cleaning to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness going forward.
