3/5 It's a great house, all that's missing is attention to detail. The home needs a little TLC. Less than ideal comments first:Towels: only one bath towel was left in the master suite. And it was kind of ratty. I went around the other bathrooms and found one more towel that wasn't being used by my family. It was in pretty bad condition. It had been burnt on one corner. Pillows: I'm so glad I brought my own pillow. The ones provided were far too large and firm for my small frame Doors: some instruction on how to close and re-lock the doors would have been nice. We found them very difficult to relock once we had opened them.Window units: cold air came in constantly from around the window unit in the master suite.Kitchen sink: needs to be refinished. It's in bad shape.Baking pans: need to be replaced. I would not have used them if I had not brought aluminum foil to cover them. They are rusted and scratched. Communication: The property manager assured me I could call or text her anytime. She never responded to either of my two texts or voice messages.Shower curtain in one of the bathrooms had only a cotton curtain. It seemed like it should have had a plastic liner to keep water in the shower. We chose not to use that shower.Positives:Beautiful property and location. Views are amazing.Master bed mattress was very comfortable.Master bathroom is spacious and lovely. Water pressure in the shower was good.There were people in the basement of the house, but no issues.

quick trip to Colorado
4/5 The property was just right for my husband, our two sons and I. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and bedrooms. We were all very comfortable and happy staying in what we call "Big House on the Prairie".
