4/5 The house was lovely, although there were a few issues throughout our stay. Some of the rooms are extremely small.
Great Place to Stay
5/5 We stayed at this house during state fair. It was a beautiful place and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a long day at the fair. The only down part is how far out it is. But i was also great to have a place for trailer and trucks. We used the grill and the fire pit. Was a great stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

Terrific vacation home
5/5 The property is remote (dirt roads for the last several miles to get there), but worth the drive. Stock up on groceries before you arrive, because once you're there, you won't want to leave! From the front porch you have a beautiful view of the Rockies, and from the back deck (which has a nice grill) you can look out on rolling hills and fields. It's a huge place, very comfortable, with lots of room for family to be together or be separate. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The family and the management company were extremely prompt answering any questions and were a pleasure to work with. (The only thing I would suggest for going forward would be a few more staples in the kitchen, as well as some dish towels.) It's a terrific place for a gathering of friends/family, and we're grateful we had the opportunity to stay there.
