  • Need to be Cautious Booking

    I don’t recommend this place. Beds are hard, the window ac don’t put out enough. Blows breakers. The stairs don’t have hand rails (OSHA) violation. Spiders all over the house. Wanted to kick us out for my dad’s service dog. He is 100% disability through VA. Save your money.

    - All of our beds are equipped with hotel-style mattresses to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests. Additionally, the property is fitted with mini-split A/C units, not window A/C units, as mentioned in our listing description. These units are designed to effectively cool the entire space without the issues you described.
    - Regarding the service dog, we fully respect and accommodate service animals, especially for veterans, and apologize if there was any misunderstanding during your stay. We strive to ensure all our guests feel welcome and comfortable, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue to improve.

  • This house had major issues...it was a beautiful area but ...

    The house was big and right on the river...other than that the power kept tripping and we had to reset the breakers many times, the WiFi kept going out, the hot tub was dirty, the house is very unfinished and rough. The grill was dirty and the kitchen had minimal supplies. The beds were very uncomfortable and the is no central ac, window units only and it says not to use them at night.

    Highlights, we saw black bears and deer, the neighborhood is quite and cute. The cow pasture across the river was fun to watch. The river is slightly accessible but not completely safe for young kids. We enjoyed the big kitchen space!
