Great weekend getaway!
5/5 We really enjoyed this property. In town for a wedding, we all loved being able to unwind downstairs with the pool table and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway
5/5 The house was very clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and foosball table. It was only 30 min from Durango and there was so much to do! We would definitely stay here again.
Quiet perfect get away
4/5 Plenty of space for 7 adults. Nice get away with great amenities! We enjoyed the birds in the morning and the deer in the evening.

5/5 Where to start, while we were traveling to the property, I received a message saying the rental was ready for check in way before or slotted check in time. As this was a 12 hour drive, an unsolicited early check in was a huge WELCOME HOME! for our family as we were an hour or 2 ahead of schedule. Upon arrival the property was clean and well kept, instructions for gaining access were clear and straightforward. The property is excellent for those wishing to get out into nature while still being convenient to urban necessity. Beds were comfortable, linens clean and fresh, they even took the time to make a flower for the TP roll. The pool table, basketball goal, foosball, darts, and the classic arcade were hits with all of us and we're used to make memories that will last. I cannot recommend this property enough, and 10/10 would stay here again!
