Fishing trip
3/5 Overall I gave this property 3 stars. The unit is on the bottom floor and is close to the noise from Hwy 6. The gas grill wouldn't ignite, and there was 1 small pot to cook with so we ate out. Positives were the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, cleanliness, and furniture was comfortable.

Hi Ryan, thanks for your feedback. The owners have some feedback for you too: We provided three saucepans, one eight-quart pan, two frying pans, and a Crock-Pot at one time and took pictures of them when we put them in there. We also provided a lighter on the mantle because sometimes the igniter gets clogged, but the natural gas connection never runs out. Thanks for staying with us and come back soon.

Do not stay here
1/5 This may be one of the worst condos I have ever rented. In the summer of COVID-19, I was assured that CDC-recommended cleaning & sanitizing protocols were in effect at all Evolve properties. This unit has not been thoroughly cleaned nor sanitized in years. The carpet is hopelessly stained and there is accumulated dirt and gunk in every corner. When I arrived, there were crumbs everywhere in the kitchen, dining area and living room, and bits of toilet tissue on the bathroom floors. Coke or some other sticky substance had spilled and been left on the kitchen floor. A huge puddle of water or other liquid never dried on the carpet in front of the sliding glass doors. A no-pet policy has clearly been disregarded on the couches. I could write words in the dust on the end table. The ice maker didn’t work. There was one single coffee mug in the cabinet. The steps from the patio are in dangerous disrepair. A clock provided in the bedroom could not be set. “Security” for the sliding door and windows are wood shims.
There are many nice, reasonably priced rentals in Avon and Eage-Vail; keep looking.

Cindy, We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
-They will be doing a deep clean of the unit to make sure all corners are detailed and cleaned to standards.
-More coffee cups will be purchased for the property to replace ones broken by previous renters.
-There was a sprinkler leak in the condos complex, and this caused water to be spraying at and into the sliding glass door every morning. They are working with the HOA, and this should be resolved for all future guests.
