    We stayed at the above location for the month of March. It served our needs very well - i.e. lots of room for two people, well equipped kitchen with good working appliances, newer remodelled kitchen, good washer and dryer, comfortable bed and linens and homey atmosphere.

    The location facing the lake and on the park with a short walk into town or the bus stop was ideal.

    We felt it was very good value for the price. The building is somewhat old with stairs we avoided to enter the building as they are slippery and at an odd angle. Dangerous for anyone older, but this is noted in the add. There is an alternate walkway to enter the unit.

    Having said that, the caretaker was diligent in keeping the snow removed from the walkways and keeping it as safe as possible, but I feel the stairs need to be dealt with.

    Overall, a good experience for us.

  • Clean and Well-equipped

    We stayed at this condo the first week of January. Out the back door is Nottingham Lake. The skier bus shuttle From the Lake St. Station to Beaver Creek was A very short walk.

    This was a very clean condo and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, a cozy fireplace, and extra blankets for all the beds.

    We’d stay here again.
