4/5 Probably need to change up the cleaning company. Some webs and dust throughout the house. Nice house though.

Half Done and Dirty
1/5 Place was large enough to fit our group of 10+. Unfortunately the amenities were not complete. It felt like any positive the place had was weighed down by the lack of quality put into the work. For example, there was enough room for our group, BUT all the beds were hard or broken down. The mattresses were straight out of boot camp and a few had sunken in somehow. The home was definitely getting up there in years and could use some updates. Feel like the only update in the house was the master bathroom. The basement was a hazard for sure though. It looked like the basement area was meant for kids, so they probably wouldn't have complained about the shoddiness. The drywall looked to be done by an amateur and the doors were dingy at best. The latches were definitely strange but I guess it was just the nature of the layout down there. There were also mouse droppings behind a lot of the furniture down there. Not a place I would want my kid hanging out. Outside of the basement, the upstairs had a mildew smell to it, maybe some water damage or something. Overall, not worth the money that we paid for a week. Ended up cancelling and going with another rental for obvious cleanliness reasons.
