  We were extremely disappointed with how our stay ended. On the final night of our trip, the power was completely shut off—no lights, no air conditioning, no refrigeration, and no way to charge devices or use basic amenities. It quickly became clear that this was not due to a local outage, but because the owner allowed the utility service to be disconnected. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for guests’ comfort and safety.We had planned to enjoy our last evening, but instead, we were left in the dark—literally. This significantly impacted our overall experience and cast a shadow over what could have been a pleasant stay.I would not recommend this rental to others unless the owner can guarantee basic utilities will be maintained for the full duration of the reservation.

To clarify, the outage was not due to a utility disconnection but part of a larger service interruption that affected homes across a four-mile radius. As soon as we learned of the situation, we brought flashlights and did what we could to assist. We also provided a substantial discount in light of the inconvenience.   We stayed in this home for the TCS Colorado Sparkler. This house was clean and well stocked, it was in a safe, new, neighborhood and only 3 miles from Aurora Sports Park. The two decks were perfect for watching July 4th fireworks.

• Softball tournament

  We were in Aurora for a big softball tournament over the 4th of July. The house was exactly like it looked in the pictures. The house manager, Naomi, was extremely quick with responses to our questions. All the bedrooms were very very comfortable. It did get a little warm at night upstairs would be my o my concern. We did open the windows which helped. The location is close to everything you would want. Restaurants, coffee, etc are all with a 20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again when we play in Aurora.

• Great stay

  Master bed was comfy enough that my husband pulled sheets off and ordered us the same mattress! Plenty of room for our group of 6. Very clean. New build. Host was VERY nice and helpful when we had trouble finding the house.
