Good layout and neighborhood, but was not clean.
2/5 We were in the area for a trade show and needed a quit and clean three bedroom. The townhome was not given a good clean before we arrived. The place smelled as if there had been days of parties prior to our arrival. There were stains on the carpets everywhere. The powder bath hadn’t been cleaned at all. The primary bath had hair clippings all around the sink, black stuff in the shower, two used bars of soap. There was hair, fuzz, and dirt all over the carpets. The whole front of the garage was piled with garbage bags and trash which smelled awful. When we tried to address the situation the Evolve agent offered to bring more air fresheners and to remove the trash from the garage. The trash was never removed and the company didn’t offer any other solutions. Since, it was our only option in the area for a vrbo we had to stay, it would have been best if the company would have offered to have a cleaning company come back over and clean the condo again and refund our cleaning fee.
