  My husband and I recently stayed in this home and really found it to be one of the most comfortable we have tried. Cozy beds, nice sofa, well stocked kitchen, terrific shower. Very clean and welcoming. The decor was relaxing without being fussy. The only thing I would change would be to add bedside table lamps. The lamps in house were cute but in a bedroom you really want soft lighting with shades. We have family in the area and so it's very convenient, close to airport, lovely quiet neighborhood, and very safe. We would love to stay again.

• Spacious, modern, clean

  Very nice location in growing suburbs. On the edge of nowhere but close to modern conveniences. Plenty of room inside to spread out and relax. Small yard but the neighborhood has a nice walking path with a playground and several pet waste receptacles.

  The reason for the parking restriction is obvious on arrival, as there's a sort of shared driveway connecting several units. Garage had plenty of space though.

  Laundry was convenient and simple. Other appliances were also modern and well kept.

  Relatively quiet area with almost no traffic sound. Airport in the distance was only really noticeable occasionally when we were outside.

  Really not much wanting. Some kind of nightlight in the central area upstairs would help make late night bathroom trips easier and safer.

• Great Experience

  This was our first VRBO experience. The entire process from beginning to end was easy. The property was top notch and located next to major roadways providing for ease of movement. It is also about a 20 minute traffic free drive from the Denver airport. I have zero complaints about this property and when I return to the Denver area I will be requesting this property again. Two thumbs up!

  My only compliant is the long list of fines on the fridge. I felt like if I stepped out of line or didn't get trash can put up friday I was going to incur a $xxx fine. When I got home friday night there was magnitude of trash cans sitting out. If this stuff is SO IMPORTANT the give renters a heads up before they agree to rent, maybe we dont feel its our responsibility to take cans to curb and bring them back. I felt like if I didn't make it back to house in time friday then I was going to get fined. Parking is a bit of an issue in this subdivision.

  Hi Jason, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay, and apologize if the trash pick-up was not clear. We ask guests to have the trash on the curbside by 6 am Friday mornings, we typically take it out Thursday evening as it works better for us. We ask this as we don't want guests coming in to have full trash cans and to avoid additional costs by having to take them to the landfill. We like the place to be clean and kept in good condition for every reservation.
  - We were surprised to hear you had an issue with parking, we have a 2-car garage where guests can park their vehicles along with the option of parking on either side of the street.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Great little house

  I was a bit concerned that the property was too far away from the city, but we really enjoyed the surroundings and location. The common area (pool/playground) is really nice! We loved the beautiful bedrooms and master bathroom/closet. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a grill on the back patio. Thank you!
