4/5 House is very nice. Location is excellent, right next to city parks and schools so great for dog walking.Only issue was that the master bed sheets were dirty and unchanged from previous visitor. Dishes, pots, silverware were greasy, i.e. rinsed but not washed.

5/5 We leased this home while we were in Colorado for a wedding and loved every minute there. The house, location, and amenities were perfect! The house was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is perfect. There are walking paths everywhere with playgrounds. If you have little ones, we recommend the fire house park! The home smelled AMAZING! The beds were extremely comfortable with nice pillows. The only thing we would recommend for this home is having pizza pans, a list of local favorites in the welcome book, and review book. Very minor but something we love when we travel to places. We higy recommend this home and owner!!!

Fantastic stay
5/5 We had a wonderful time at this location. There was plenty of space with two living rooms, two bathrooms, and the bedrooms. The kitchen take was large and comfortable. All of the kitchen amenities were in great shape and included everything we needed to cook meals. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this location! Especially for families.
