Great Find
5/5 As I was sitting outside enjoying the view and my morning beverage, I thought how lucky we were to find this place. It is spacious, very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We love being close to town but yet away from town. It is easily accessible to the small towns of Alma and FairPlay, each about 3 miles away. They both have everything we would want—groceries, coffee shops and great places to eat. It is close to trails if you like to hike and gift shops if you like another form of adventure. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, this place is for you.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Thoughtful
5/5 We wanted a little getaway during a holiday weekend and this home was exactly what we were looking for. The space is very cozy and comfortable with a large, open living area. The bedrooms and bathroom were also roomy but separated from the living space, so it felt private.
The location of the home offers a full view of open space with lots of trees. It felt very quaint. There are so many windows so you really get a view while inside too.
Kevin and Vanessa were both thoughtful and kind hosts. They go above and beyond for their guests and it helped make the space feel even more like a ‘home away from home’.
As soon as we left from our trip, we commented how we’d love to come back for another weekend away. Thank you Kevin and Vanessa for sharing your lovely home!
