5/5 stayed for a week, with family ranging from 18 to 78. everyone had wonderful things to say about this place! it was a beautiful house, with three large comfortable bedrooms, and a separate bathroom for each! who can beat that? the kitchen was huge. I think each of us though found the outside to be even better than the excellent inside. the outdoor sitting area was enormous and peaceful. the firepit area was so relaxing at the end of the day. Despite the fact that it is a working ranch, you never felt like there was anybody around, unless you sought them out just to talk to the workers who were very friendly to the younger family members who talked with them. some other reviews mentioned the house being on a busy street. I disagree. there were cars going by, but the trees make you feel like you are away from everything. You are not in a busy, congested area at all!! you are about five minutes from downtown Winters, which is a lovely area with some interesting restaurants I wish I'd had time to try, and about 15 minutes from Davis. it can be a little difficult to figure out the location the first time (Maybe some larger and reflective numbers on the mailbox would be a nice touch), but after that no problem at all. Jaime was very responsive by text and we loved everything :)

5/5 Great layout for family gathering for wedding weekend in Winters. Very comfortable beds, great outdoor patio space, well appointed kitchen and very helpful and informative host. Would definitely recommend!

5/5 Enjoyable Christmas Stay
5/5 My husband and I were visiting family in the area for Christmas. Upon arrival, the house was decorated, and it was so cute! Such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise, especially being away from home for the holidays. We brought our two dogs with us and they loved to play on the grass in the front and backyard.Tons of space, everything was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Family Thanksgiving
5/5 Thank you for lovely stay. The house allowed us to have a beautiful Thanksgiving for family from out of town and some local friends. Plenty of room for everyone and the grounds we beautiful. Hope to return in the future.
