Great place to stay
5/5 We came to visit long time friends and this house was perfect. Location was convenient to everything, how was comfy and plenty of space to entertain a few friends. Owners were very nice and easy to contact.

Ventura trip
3/5 Nice place very clean and comfortable nice views, a bit of freeway noise but not too bad.

Beautiful View
5/5 Overall was nice, clean, well kept, great view. The only drawback is the constant freeway noise. Fine when windows closed, but we did not enjoy the outside spaces because of this. We enjoyed exploring Ventura from this location. There is a downstairs resident not mentioned.

Perfect little place
5/5 Three of us stayed here and it was perfect. I loved sleeping in the living room with the windows open. My sister and cousin said they couldn't hear me snore if their door was closed (lol)! It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. This place was 5 miles away from everywhere we needed to go. We will return when we come back to the cute city of Ventura!
